Joe was amazing to list through. Joe and Gail even helped stage the house and do some outside cleanup work. It was listed on a Friday, we had multiple offers over the open house weekend, and it sold in 2 days for higher than the asking price. Even with a few delays, they were always very diligent with following up and keeping us informed as to what was happening, as we had already moved out of state during the closing process.

Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with. We would work with them again in a second. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, and truly seems like he cares about his clients.
