Joe Perkins and his team are the best. My partner and I visited our new home with Joe for the first time in mid August 2018. We had the keys 30 days later. Of course, numerous factors influence the home buying process. That said, closing as quickly and effortlessly as we did could not have been done without Joe. His responsiveness and work ethic are unparalleled. Joe walked us through each step of the process and enabled us to feel extremely confident in his expertise. The night we submitted our offer, Joe met us for dinner. Joe was very professional and understanding, even though my wife and I were probably very hard to work with. He knows the local area very well. Joe was able to direct us to houses that were exactly what we were looking for, and we were very impressed that he didn't try to sell us more house than we needed.
